NIPOST's own philately policy, operationalised.
This is a demonstration build for the Nigeria Philatelic Bureau. It is deliberately not a new idea — every module maps to a clause the Bureau has already committed to in the draft Nigerian Philately Policy.

Every issue from 1874 as a high-resolution record — printer, designer, print run, WNS / SG / Scott references, and the story. Searchable, with a public API.
Collector portal
Digital membership card, completion tracker, wishlist alerts, and a philatelic deposit account with Naira and FX top-ups.
AI stamp tools
Scan-to-identify against the Nigerian catalogue, authenticity assist, and a paid NIPOST certificate of authenticity for dealers.
Digital & crypto stamp
Digital-twin commemoratives under the UPU crypto-stamp taxonomy — a physical stamp, a verifiable digital collectible, an NFC chip.
Public consultation module
Structured commemorative proposals in the January–June window, theme voting and an Advisory Committee workflow.
Bureau admin & revenue intelligence
Inventory across counters and the London agent, withdrawal workflow, sponsorship reconciliation and an immutable audit trail.
Open catalogue API
REST and GraphQL endpoints feeding banks, museums and the UPU WNS with official Nigerian stamp data.
The commercial model

Build-operate-transfer
CodePinnacle builds and runs the platform, NIPOST-branded — the same structure as the existing NIPOST digital e-stamp. No capital line, no procurement fight.
Revenue share
NIPOST earns a share of every sale plus a platform fee; recurring income from deposit accounts, standing orders, dealer accounts and API access.
FX earner
Nigerian heritage sold to the diaspora and to 50-million-plus global collectors, settled in hard currency to a NIPOST domiciliary account.
